Default MPC Howto on optware on Synology NAS ?

I have been looking for info on the web and here on howto install optware (especially SABNZB) on my DS207. The info is there, but higly "scattered". Would it be an idea for the "cracks" here to write a complete "How to" guide to install optware on the DSxxxx (including reference to the possible optware and maybe filehosting ?)

Cheers,

Sander
