Nevermind, sorry.

I indeed think that they are compressed or did something with it.

Too bad they cant be read. So Im still stuck by using m2ts files and TSmuxer.

No other solution to test it? Neither do I have a BD-rom drive in my PC.

Does DXVA can be the error?[/b]

@jonny123: what do you mean?

Maybe cause I use SMB? Going to test it with USB HDD.
I mean that the gigabit module/add-on is a mini-pci card, and it fits in a slot and has retainer clips---often connection problems that are not driver-related and intermittent can be fixed with reseating this card/connection.

But all other files work ok, like MKV and M2TS files. So theres no connection problem (I guess). I am trying to download some original bd backups tomorrow.

I will let you know if that was what the error caused.

If this is set in AnyDVD, will that still be counted as an original BD backup?

AnyDVD 6.4.8.5

i almost forgot : BD backups titles must not have any apostrophe otherwise you'll get an error reading message from the Prime (the now famous "recover"...) I had to rename a lot of my bd rips.
By the way i said before that i've got only one reading issue amoung my bd backups, in fact it wasn't one (the mummy III) it was only the name of the folder :

"the mummy tomb of the dragon emperor" (original rip title), then i renamed it in french : "la momie la tombe de l'empereur dragon" (error message), so i removed the title's apostrophe for : "la momie la tombe de l empereur dragon" and then the same folder worked perfectly....

Unfortunately we do have a lot of film titles with an apostrophe in france....
If this can help any other user.....

Are the apostrophes being showed ocrrect while browsing the directories? If not, than try to use a different character encoding in the setup menu. There are different setup options fo nfs and so on. Maybe it can help?!

I have all my Bluyray titles like this directory name:
[BluRay] Corpse Bride

Could the [] make the error?

Maybe. Just try it without the [] or try to switch to unicode encoding for nfs in the setup (if you are using nfs).

For NFS under VISTA you need 3rd party nfs server software like "DiscAccess Lite". Just google with the keywords "nfs server windows" in order to find a proper one.
