Dear all,

We have decided to close Ellion forums early 2009 for a few reasons:

- No contact with the company
- Quite a mess of firmwares and support in general

Although we never recommended Ellion directly some people have adopted to
the players and should seek support resources from Ellion in the future. The
least active forums must make room for newer and more active topics or for
products we actually can make a difference by having proper communication
channels with the vendors...

Please be advised of these changes once these are activated.
- All posts will be moved to general SD forums...
- You can keep discussing these players from the general SD forums

You are absolutely right Hi-Jack, I would like to do a similar move with my Ellion, return it to factory and get my money back...

I'm not saying there's something wrong with it. I'm saying the support efforts, firmware mess and lack of communication and improvements do not warrant a seperate forum up here since that is usually related to more than just talks...

There's nothing we can assist with if not having these channels... so we close our channels as well leaving the discussions in the general forums which we do not track all the time...

Precisely because we must exchange us and it is the only good place. We need the forum as it is. Would you like to be truly all questions to the general forum have?

I think it is rather an economic interest behind this decision! OK, i myself do not need help for the HMR!
