Default KJGLOGAL don't care about clients?

Beware people! If you are considering to be a KJ Global´s client, think twice.
They really don´t care about the clients they have.

In August last year, I purchased an Egreat from them. Got it in London while as was on holidays, as I´m from Brazil.
After a while I got home, my device started to show a problem...It keeps turning off while I´m watching my movies.It is terrible!

And after a few months trying to find out what to do, the factory in China told me that it is a small part that needs to be changed. I offered myself to do the job, they just need to send me the so told part...As a client I have the right to have my device changed for a new one, but as I´m a bit far away from the factory, I offered myself to change the part, they just need to send it to me.

For 1 month now, I have no answer from KJ Global. I just need my part, it is so hard to send it to me? Or to even reply my emails? I cannot understand how a big company like that cannot solve my problem.

The last emails I got was the factory telling me that KJ Global will send me the part and KJ Globlal telling me that will send me he part if the factory does it. Confusing right? While they decide that, I still with my broken Egreat.

I´m just writing this post here after lots of attempts to talk to KJ Global and try to solve this. But they simply do not solve the problem as they are supposed to.

they won't very helpful to me either saying they won't provide warranty which the product was still within.

won't use them again.

Default E-GREAT HAD TO SEND THE PART DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER.

As a reliable manufacturer, e-Great have to send the necessary part to the customer. E-GREAT is based in China and KJ GLOBAL is in the U.K. The customer is in Brazil. KJ GLOBAL had to receive the necessary part from China and send it to Brazil, which is a long process. This problem can be solved easily once E-GREAT (as a reliable manufacturer) finds out which part the customer needs and send it to the customer directly. End of the day, KJ GLOBAL is just a reseller for e-Great.

E-Great already knows what part I need and refuses to send it to me, they need me to send my device to China (and afford it) so they can fix it and send me back. In the begining, they informed me that they would send me the part, but in the end they just said that only changing the part could not repair my device.
KJ Global told me that they could only send me the part once China send it to them first.
In the end of the day, my device is not working and the only option I have is sending it to China, wich will be very expensive and without the guarantee that I will have the device back or keep with it here broken as it is now.

DIEGOPIM,

Despite your bad encounter in service in your case, try to follow the rules at MPC by not using CAPITALS in the TITLE. Use normal and constructive titles, not flammatory and obtrusive ones... It usually get's deleted by us immediately however in your case we just changed the title.

As fot the parts, KJGlobal cannot send you the parts. The error in fabrication concerns the power button and in the past has been pushed by us to be repeaird by resellers where eGreat sends replacements too. The fact you ask KJGlobal to get a spare part is not the normal way to get support. Send in your player under RMA to have it replaced and repaired...

A part of the mess is because you bought the unit foreign and the shipping costs will certainly excell the cost of doing it yourself however this is not business as usual... KJGlobal can not send you the part if eGreat does not deliver them however they should pursue solving the problem for you.

It should be enough for you to claim an RMA and sent it to KJGlobal who has to take care of the warranty. I suggest you do so... and get rid of solving the problem yourself. This is a factory defect (unti does not work as advertised) and should fall under a longer period of warranty because of it.
