Gazing at both of them and they look identical in appearance.
Bit like the egreat a35a and the dvico 7000 with identical shape.

So do they use the same company to make the chassis ?

huh where does it look the same? but to answer your Question no we dont use the same company, also we designed the case by our own, wher the users has to decide if it is good or not so good, but i am very happy with the case design but sure there is everytime enough room to improve things.
