I have Istar Mini HDMI 1.3. Where do I get the latest firmware?

after downloading the file istar 20090619 firmware for hdmi1.3.rar I see these files inside:

50-17-090204-15-QPG-403-000.bin
2009-06-19 hdmi 1.3.htm
00-17-090204-15-QPG-403.nmt

They do not match the date in the rar filename, is this a packing error or what?

Not an error, this is how Syabas released this fw for PCH, too.

Since this is just a bug fix without new features, I guess they didn't want to do a big increment in version number that will create high expectations.

si jeton pero si ponen que el release es 090619 porque no ponen adentro los archivos con la misma fecha...

It would be far clearer if they put the same release date for the files inside the 090619 file...

I just download it and i see that the nmt inside the zip (00-17-090204-15-QPG-403.nmt) is from March!!!
There was major problems with torrent client of this version so i had to install the previous version...
