HDX Support
Anyone had any problems with HDX Support. All was going well, I'd filled out the RMA form they had given me and posted my HDX1000, but now nobody answers my questions (see below)

Please provide a scanned copy of the consignment note or receipt of the shipment, i do suggest using any local postal service instead of express courier service which sometimes can be very expensive depending on where you live.
