Well I've been skimming Xtreamer forums and I've found the people from Xtreamer very but very unprofessional in their attitude and customer service.
I know they are flooded with message/emails and phone calls but wasn't the customer service in the project scope? I mean building a project around the product is not enough. You need a good backbone if you planning to go big and sell big ...
I hope they can fill in the project "holes" and get more grip and be more professional at their future and existing customers. Because the number of future customers can decrease drastically when reading post like

Refund and Paypal Dispute Policy

Some of you were sometime too quick on the trigger and decided to "push" us by placing a dispute in paypal -
Our policy in these cases is very simple. We dont argue with customers. If you place a dispute in paypal - your order will be immediately cancelled and your refund will be promptly made back to your account.
As due to the fact we are not charging any handling fee for the cancelation process - we will not argue with a customer asking a refund , but we will decline new orders for him in the future.

As a consumer you have every right to cancel your order without costs ... (not if its custom made offc)
You can even resend the package after 7 days and still get a refund ...(without opening the package offc.)
But they can refuse your next order ... but I mean ... which company will refuse an order.
That says enough about the people from Xtreamer and how they handle the "hard cases".
I know there are shitty costumers but they are still customers.
If Xtreamer messes up something then pay mpc club membership and Hi-Jack will sorts things out
