Default Good service Xtreamer

Hallo,

I decided to sell my Xtreamer and the most logical decision was to do this over their forum or website. Unfortunately I can't login any more because I am permanetly banned from their forum.

I have been an owner of a HDX 900 / 1000 and in the past a Egreat but unfortunately they really don't know what custom relation management means. If people are complaining because there is a big difference between performance and marketing your behaviour is hostile.

It's a strange world..........

In case off sending the Xtreamer back to China my thoughts were to sell this directly to someone interested in Europe. Nothing strange..........

Before deciding selling the Xtreamer I have been complaining about the way they threat customers. Nice marketing but no performance......nothing hostile or whatever.

So suddenly. after checking interest potential users, I couldn't login any more. Your are banned from this forum............

I've never been a fan of banning anyone from anything, unless they spam or use completely offensive and threatening language (not a prude, just prefer civility). It does seem strange that Xtreamer would ban MVDH for his actions. I guess it just proves the point . . . we are communicating within a global community. How we say something, as inoffensive as we believe it may be, could be interpreted differently by someone else.

In fact both Xtreamer and eTRAYzare good products, but the same cannot be said about the Xtreamer abilities to handle product logistics and customer relationship.

I waited two months to have my order shipped, and all that I got so far is a DHL tracking number that does not exist. I was really pi**ed off because a lot of customers that ordered WEEKS after me already got their device, while after two months waiting I just got a non-working tracking number.

Anyway, these logistics problems could happen with any company, BUT:
After reading some messages in their forum, I feel that Xtreamer is in fact threatening users that complain about their service. I mean the two specific posts below:

Xtreamer said...) why people continue bring up the issue of delivery??? in each and in every thread? should we start mass banning you guys or what ?

we had only 24 hours ago a forum party in which the xtreamer company president himself attended and promised to all of you personally that as of september will be no more issues of delivery and even same/next day shipment. Enough !!!!! (...)

IMHO this is not an acceptable behavior from any company. Instead of threatening and banning users they should be excusing themselves for all delays.

At least in my standpoint I will think twice before buying anything from Xtreamer again.

Well I've been skimming Xtreamer forums and I've found the people from Xtreamer very but very unprofessional in their attitude and customer service.

I know they are flooded with message/emails and phone calls but wasn't the customer service in the project scope? I mean building a project around the product is not enough. You need a good backbone if you planning to go big and sell big ...

I hope they can fill in the project "holes" and get more grip and be more professional at their future and existing customers. Because the number of future customers can decrease drastically when reading post like

Our policy in these cases is very simple. We dont argue with customers. If you place a dispute in paypal - your order will be immediately cancelled and your refund will be promptly made back to your account.

As due to the fact we are not charging any handling fee for the cancelation process - we will not argue with a customer asking a refund , but we will decline new orders for him in the future.
As a consumer you have every right to cancel your order without costs ... (not if its custom made offc)
You can even resend the package after 7 days and still get a refund ...(without opening the package offc.)

But they can refuse your next order ... but I mean ... which company will refuse an order.
That says enough about the people from Xtreamer and how they handle the "hard cases".

I know there are shitty costumers but they are still customers.

If Xtreamer messes up something then pay mpc club membership and Hi-Jack will sorts things out

Another reason for this eXtre(a)me(r) attitude is that they are from Korea and probably there is a different way there to deal with customers.
In any case, if they would like to sell in Europe they have to change a bit their attitude and embrace the european culture and consumer laws.

i have complains myself too and i wrote 2-3 e-mails to them until they ship my unit. The basic problem with them is that they don't want to get any risk at all: they charged me for the goods on mid of July and i received the unit by end of August. So actually with customers' money they are building the product.... Which is not the case with other companies. I placed orders for other stuff and only when the unit was shipped they charged me...
I believe they have to change their Korean habits if they would like to sell outside their country.
