Not officially confirmed by MPC yet, but officially stated at KISS and announced to us yesterday is the fix for HDMI. This means that currently in the beta phase for a FW update, 4 of the TOP5 issues have been addressed. Last on the list hopefully would be adding .TS support and maybe even make Windows Media Correct work better. Whatever the outcome, if not fixed in this release, it will certainly be the main targets for the next FW release. On top, we also target Aspect Ratio on some subjects as on of the main things to concentrate on.

- Gateway Network problems when using Manual IP Settings
- USB2 Usage with HDD and USB Memory Sticks
- Windows Media Video 9 Streaming Sound Dissapears
Confirmed by KiSS, not yet by MPC:
- HDMI Signal lost after power down of Player.
We now mainly target a fix for proper detection of Windows Media Connect and the addition of support for Transport Streams. After this, the DP-600 is more then worthy being on the market to compete with the brands already out. Future updates could then concentrate on many improvements instead of bug fixes, like the Picture Section, the MP3 section and Video Section. Which items we feel should be improved, off course can be read in the review, expected to be ready by the end of next week!
