Exclamation Slooooowwww Delivery!!!!!!

Hi,
I posted this exact topic on the Xtreamer forum, and it was deleted in less than 5 minutes.
I did not use any harsh language in my post, but still it was deleted.
I hope that the Admin here does not decide to do the same.
Cheers.
This is the actual text I wrote:

Since there is a topic named Fast Delivery!!!!!, I've decided to post a topic under the name Slooooowwww Delivery!!!!!
There are a group of customers that ordered their Xtreamer in July-August and have received their devices only lately.
There are even a few people (including myself) that are still waiting!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to let people know of the dark side of Xtreamer.
If you order a device and receive it after 1-2 weeks and it operates fine then you are lucky.
But what happens if you need the help of customer service? How will you be treated? This is how a company is measured, by the way they treat their customers.
I just would like to warn potential customers what to expect if they ever have a problem with shipping or a malfunction in their device.
I can just hope that the Admin will not delete this topic.

My story in short:
I ordered my device on July 29th, and to this day I have not yet received my device.
At first Xtreamer had manufacturing problems, so instead of shipping my device on August 10th like promised upon purchase, it was shipped on Sep. 3rd.
Then DHL had a paperwork error, and only GOD (and DHL) knows where my device was shipped to, but they promised me that it is not lost, and if I have some patience it will eventually arrive.
Apparently Xtreamer decided to save on shipping, and the device was sent via regular postal service (DHL post), and not DHL courier service.
Long story short, they called me (by phone) on Oct. 1st, and promised that I have to wait no more than 20 days.
Today is the 28th, and still no sign of the device, the sales team do not reply to my mails and the XtreamerAdmin that promised to look into it does not reply as well.

My Xtreamer arrived within a week! I guess some get stolen on their way to the custumers. Xtreamer realy should handle this with DHL (german post) and provide quick solutions for these problems.

This is why they use a courier service, to assure delivery.
You need identification and a signature to receive your device.
But on the 2nd and 3rd batch shipping Xtreamer decided to skimp on shipping and ship the devices with regular postal service.
Now I don't even get an apology for making me wait this long.
There are only about 12 people that I know of that have not yet got their device. Why can't they just ship out 12 new devices?
Instead they are not replying to any of our mails in hopes that if they make us wait long enough our devices will eventually show up.
I hope that my post will be read by someone @ Xtreamer, and make them do the right thing at last.
I am also waiting to see if someone at Xtreamer has the balls to respond to this post.

If its only 12 people waiting i realy agree with you, that they should ship 12 new and solve the problem!

I can't appreciate the deletion of posts when people launch concerns on a forum that offer a gateway to the consumers and it's not the first time I hear about the "moderation" at Xtreamer being "guided". Instead I would expect Xtreamer to react to the complaints and try resolve the matter... We can't judge on what they can or cannot do so we welcome people and post here, but constructively... We don't mind the pros or cons...

Does anyone have details of the Xtreamer (or is it Mvix Europe?) company?
Company name, address, phone #, names @ Xtreamer?
Are they located in Germany or the Netherlands?

I need the details because I'm looking into taking legal actions against Xtreamer.

Cheers.

I ordered my Xtreamer on the 1st of Aug and received it on the 25th of Oct!!!
I understood from Xtreamer that it was DHL's fault, the 2nd batch was dispatched using DHL parcel service (making an extra profit for the delivery Xtreamer??) which was clumsy and slow.
later orders were dispatched using DHL's express delivery and arrived in up to 2 weeks.
they compensated me with a free eTRAYz for willing to wait for the Xtreamer.
so i think that besides the extra profit they tried to make out of delivery (20 euro's for a parcel delivery) they handled the delivery problem to my satisfactory.

They offered me the eTRAYz as well, but I have nothing to do with it.
Instead of offering us a free eTRAYz, why couldn't they just send us a new unit? It's because they know that most of us will not order it.
Also, the eTRAYz is not yet for sale. I want to see what will happen when you come to execute your right to a free eTRAYz.

They called all of us and promised that our device will arrive by the 21st.
If you make a promise to your customers you have to stand up to it.
The 21st has come and past, and except for a mail from Xtreamer on the 25th asking if I have received my device I have not heard from them at all.
Most of the customers from the missing shipments DID get their units. There are only several still waiting. They should deal with them to their satisfaction.
If customer service ignores its customers and deletes bitter posts from the product forum it says something about the company.

The wait long deliverytime is a disaster...but if they keep their promise of a free eTRAYz i think they handeld it a little better than i thought. At least if you get your eXtreamer soon.
