Hi all.

I have just bought an Ellion HMR 500H. Tried to connect it to the network using network cable to no avail. So i connected it with a USB cable to my computer. However Windows XP is saying unrecognised device.

Does anyone know from where I can get the respective drivers?

You don't need drivers.

I had this error long time ago, too.
Try formatting the hard drive in the player!

Hi. I did a format twice... same error.

Also I have tried to connect it to 3 different computers having XP, Vista and Windows 7.... same error on all three platforms.

One of the USB devices attached to this computer have malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it.
