Default directory corrupted

I NEED YOUR HELP URGENTLY........
This afternoon i tried tvixie program and i created many folder for each movie and it worked fine.

this evening i powered on the dvico (last firmware 1.9.34b4) and disappear a entire directory ith inside 20 movie folder.

now the dvico recognize only two directory, documentary and hildrem movie but no my "adult movie".

i tried to connect via usb and the response is directory o file corrupted.

what i have to do now???????

dawn tvixie i thing the problem was this program.....

help

I have had no reports about TViXiE doing anything like this before, but it has been known for TViX to corrupt HDDs if not dismounted with the correct procedure.

I would suggest you connect YViX to PC via USB and then on PC open a command window. In the window, type

chkdsk T: /F (assumes TViX is drive T)

if bad sectors are detected, try

chkdsk T: /R

i did check disk and now everything is ok, but i will never use tvixies...
i lost only four movies...

Glad to read that you got most of your files back.

It is your prerogative to run whatever SW you want. I still can't understand how a program that doesn't create folders but simply writes to folders that you have already created can be given 100% blame without even knowing what you were doing with it.

You are the first person to have made such claims, and without any more information, I cannot comment further on this.
