Chris,
I bought my Dune in the USA from duneplayer.com. I purchased this mid December, 2011. Through the zappiti menu I attached my receipt earlier today. Hopefully this is what you need. I only used the Dune export feature. Thank you!

And, just as important what do you do with it when you get it? I haven't found anywhere to input it on the latest software yet. I assume there's a menu somewhere.

I submitted my invoice at about 09:00 GMT yesterday, tried it last night and it still wasn't active so about 24 hours is needed.
You don't need to enter any registration code or serial. When you go to export the above message will be displayed.

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
Correct me if I'm wrong but this all seems to be going pear shaped. I can't remember when I bought my Dune but it was about a couple of years ago and I bought it here in England from a UK distributor. I have no idea where the receipt may be - I probably threw it out, so I have no proof of purchase.
As I understand it, my only option therefore is to use an old version of Zapitti which presumably means that I will no longer have access to any future improvements. What's worse is that the older version has the long outstanding "IMDB/TMDB" bug so I'd be stuck with that for ever. I don't even see any way that I can buy a license for a later non ipad version (not that I would pay until it's fully funtional and bug free).
Am I wrong? Have I missed something?

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
I think you've hit the nail on the head there.
I really do feel sorry for all these people who have purchased dunes the right way but can't prove there purchase because of similar situations like yours yannis.
The right thing to do would be for HD Land to charge 15 euro for the desktop application then release the app for Free. That way you can completly lock down who has access and also regain some of the costs lost.

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
I would only pay if they started to consistently release stable, reliable builds again and didn't have the experiences others have had with re-importing everything on multiple occassions.

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
As a point of interest - I upgraded to the newest version, uninstalling the previous copy.
All the settings were retained no further scraping was required and all appears stable.

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
Ok, i am wainting for my zappiti activate.
Why not charge 15$ for the zappiti desktop ? I will be glad to pay if :
- Put trailers and movie in the same group if the trailer exist.
- Better nfo read. For now zappiti only read my .nfo files if i delete the "writers" and put the genrs in differents lines.
- Delete empty groups automaticlly.
- Create automaticly category (or put in the genrs) with the name of the labels hdds. I have serveral hdds and one zappiti with all my movies, so, i have to connect all hdds at the same time and i dont want to create one zappiti for each hdd or i will not have access to all my files in my ipad.
Make this and i will pay what they charge.
Thanks.
Clayton
p.s i am sorry for my bad english.

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
Running 1099 once the Dune Export is done Zappiti craps out and closes. I had the same issue with 1097 which is why I had stuck with 1096.
