I am using WHS... _Zappiti folder is in my servers root menu... is there any way to get a shortcut to that folder on the home page of the Dune?

I tried the new FW and it doesn't seem to work there either

Being totally ignorant, can someone describe with a simple example the fields for me?
eg host is Dune or my NAS or their IP address ? or what?
export path?
in my case i use an etrayz (xtreamer.net) with 4tbs of storage 2x2,configured as i hdd (no mirror).
in network it shows as "peterbus",so when i browse with zappiti it shows up as \\peterbus\public\movies (tv shows etc)
my absolute path is smb://username: password@peterbus/public/movies.
watch the slashes!!!
hope this helps
ps.no space between username and password just a : (my fault)

Thanks - managed to fix a couple of days ago - should have said but forgot.
On my setup, I am able to set up the NFS paths without : apart from the first one.
e.g nfs://192.168.1.8/Multimedia/Movies
My Blu Ray MKV's sometimes have issues running from my Iomega but if moved to the faster Promise NAS run without issues and with PGS successfully with new Dune firmware

Again thanks for the response

Additional requests for future development:

- Ability to select how many icons per row there is/set column width. Instead of 6 I pick 3 or something.
- Allow the newly added delete function to delete entire seasons or series when it comes to TV content, not just episodes.
- Better highlight of current video/show, increase poster size ~25% so it pops out more.
- Ability to remove the glare/glossy effect from the posters.
- Let user select scrape site in configuration or for specific types of video. Added support for non-standard sites (http://www.skatevideosite.com/ for example) or as hinted below allow users to create their own poster & movie info for unlisted content.
- Let user add a green tick to episodes/movies already watched, or some other way to identify already seen content.
- Additional functions for users to customize the software (which I've read somewhere is expected in v2 I believe).
- Some way to add/scrape info from non-standard/special TV episodes by pasting in full TheTVDB URL or partial URL with the ID (these episodes for example don't scrape - http://thetvdb.com/?tab=season&serie...id=25453&lid=7).
- Something to improve startup time on the PC. It currently takes 2-3 minutes from the time I click the program for the splash screen to appear and about 30 seconds more to get into the main window.

Plus previously suggested/requested - http://www.mpcclub.com/forum/showpos...&postcount=603

So far I've tried nearly all apps in this forum and Zappiti has the best all around support & ease of use for TV & Movies, it should become the standard for Dune in the future and hopefully development keeps trucking along, the past 3-4 weeks alone have been pretty awesome for changes.

No but their etrayz works great it has gigabit connection, very good for ripping and playback, I had issues with network playback with blu-Ray rips but not with the etrayz!
I use the absolute path from a portable hdd to access the movies, the xtreamer
Is an excellent media player but not a patch on the dune, even if it's only 99 euro

Hi,
I have a problem with the group function. All movies I put into a group do not appear in the alphabetcal index and I am not sure if they are in the genre index.

When I start up, Zappiti says "the current version cannot open the database selected". What do I need to do to correct this. I was starting up from scratch for the first time.
