you have to use a different ADD button to add TV shows directories. Did you do that? There are two button one for films and one for series.

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
Does this program ignore words in between [ ] and ( )?
For example [anime-one] Bleach-S01E01 [720p, AAC, H263].mkv

You need to use the EDIT panel in syno page. You'll find an additional field to add a path to the files or TS/BDMV folder.

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
Well I am back to square one. Zappiti won't start again. Now even reinstalling/repairing won't do the trick. It shows up in Processes as runing, but the program never starts.
I just added 15 DVD's to my database which has 1115 DVD in it, and am starting to think that the size of the database has something to do with this problem.
Here's my hardware setup:
Win-7 Home Premium x64
Intel Q6600 2.4GHz Quad Core Processor
8GB Memory
450GB Raptor RAID-0 for the OS
7TB RAID-5 Storage Array
nVidia GeForce 9800GTX
Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro
Please help.

Could you explain what you mean. The browse button only gives me access to the iso file. Or should I manually edit the path like this: S:\Stargate Atlantis\S01D01.iso\VIDEO_TS\epside1.vob?
I have for instance: S:\Stargate Atlantis\S01D01.iso and S01D02.iso, etc. How do I proceed. The iso files contain 4 epsiodes per iso. They are not recognized by Zappiti. Only if I rename them to S01E01.iso they are recognized as episode one. But I need 4 entries in the database. If I could create 4 entries in de database I could change the path to point to the same iso. But there is no simply way of creating these entries.
Christophe, can you just add a template for S01E01-04.iso or something simular. And this will create 4 epsiode entries in the database pointing to the same iso?

Re: Zappiti : Another Dune software announced by HDLand
I Like Zappiti but cannot get the "absolute path" thing working
I use WHS and tried every option Zappiti has to offer.
In the Dune I made Networkshortcuts for several networkfolders on WHS and they work without problems. But when I use the Networkbrowser of the Dune. I see my WHS computer but when i click on it, I see no folders or something else, it's empty.
I think it's related to the problem I have with Zappiti
How do I solve this.

I don't know if it is due to size limitation, I have over 1500 titles in the database, and Zappiti works fine.

I have the same problem with both of my UnRaid and QNAP NAS, Network Browser does not see any of the folders on them yet adding Network drive shortcuts work just as they should, I too believe this is a Dune problem.

Peterbus, how do you add dvd series in zappiti? For instance, I have 5 season of Stargate Atlantis consisting of 5 dvd's with 4 episodes per dvd.

i use magic dvd ripper, allows you to pick out the episodes from each disc.
in your case stargate atlantis you would end up with 4 episodes from disc 1.
1/ on your hdd make new folder in tv series.tv series/stargate atlantis/
2/ rip the episodes to this file
3/ rename the 4 files to s01e01,s01e02 etc(season 1 episode1)etc
4/ rip all episodes to this file,s02e01,s02e02 etc
5/ scan with zappiti, all your seasons, episodes with artwork are all in this folder.
i hope this is what you mean?
