Please Help A Newbie Out
I just got my Base 3.0, I am not getting any HDMI audio, just trying to play simple MPEG 2-channel .avi file with Audio set to decode, picture is fine;
Some additional info: I also have the TVIX 4100, which works just fine, so I know it is not my setup, i.e., TV (Hitachi Plasma), HDMI cable, router, Ethernet cable, etc.
Thanks in advance,
Jaz

Audio Stuttering - Was: Please Help A Newbie Out
Getting a strange audio drop out problem, playing remuxed .ts file. While the video is very smooth, the audio would cut out regularly, every minute or so then resume, I tried to play with the Gigabit setting but it did not help. Has anyone experienced something like this?
Thanks,
Jaz

Tried it with SMB disable-fast, still stutters. Also does Dune support FLAC 5.1?
Thanks,
Jaz

there are too many variables in how that ts may have been muxed. if you can play a full bluray over your network without stuttering or other files that have at least the same bandwidth intensity then I doubt it is the dune. It is probably the way the video was muxed...but without details on the file...it makes it even harder to call
