Hi,
what DD-TrueHD 7.1 file did you use. I know hardly any files that use 7.1. Wanted is one of the few.

I doubt that the Dune automatically switch from 7.1 to 5.1 because itīs only an output.

Hi,
because of the handshake HDMI might be that would explain why my dune always send 7.1 if I set it to PCM. We were talking about analog here.

The Dolby Disc is:
[SPOILER]Dolby.The.Sound.Of.High.Definition.Blu-ray.2007.1080i.AVC.TrueHD7.1[/SPOILER]

Well, I can't be 100% sure..You can also try it out with a 7.1 signal but with a 5.1 multiple output to confirm my findings.
