Afraid I have the German version (English and German sound tracks) and as the attachment shows its on 2 BluRay disks.
In Germany (where I live), SAT1 ran it as 2 hour blockbusters, probably because The Pillars of the Earth "Die Säulen der Erde" and the author Ken Follett are major players - in fact he probably achieved massive fame here because of the book before the UK.

I have the same problem with both 2680 and 2684.

Workaround:
When I choose to scrape pictures I can click the "TMDB" button and then it finds and downloads the pictures....

Problem Solved!

I don't know whether customizing the Norton Firewall program settings or installing Wins 7 SP1, Zappiti can now auto scape images (jacket and background) without any issue.

@McW .... thanks for the info and will remember this tip if i ever need to scrape pictures.

@Waterzoo ... you may want to upgrade the Win OS first and verify if Zappiti can scrape or not. If not, customise your firewall program settings.

@twol .... thanks for the link regarding french version as it is not necessary to dl it.

Really pleased

Would be nice to know what really caused the problem, but I guess that will not happen.

Hope everything now goes smoothly.

Didn't dare to customize the firewall settings for Zappiti because after
Updating the Win OS, it has turns itself to "what a wonderful world" scraping the images.

A Happy Zappiti User.

Hmm. Mine's now broken. Tried to move it across to a new machine running Win 7 SP1 (x64), have even uninstalled and reinstalled Zappiti. No joy.

Hi twol.

I can't scrape any pictures, and large amounts of existing artwork was missing. Upgrading to 2.1.2.2684 made no difference. Uninstalling and downgrading to 2.0.7.2679 was fine though.

Regards.

2.1.3.2685 still doesn't scrape for me. Will have to wait for further versions to see when and if it comes right.
