Default Usb Wireless adapter Smart D1

Hello guys just a quick query, From my readings here abouts it seems that People here are in the know about getting the most from their Dune products, I recently got the Dune hd smart D1 and want to get a wireless Usb Adapter to go with it.

From my reading of this page im unsure about how to approach this:
http://dune-hd.com/firmware/hw_compat/wifi.html

So could any of you here who have a usb wireless adapter that they use with their D1 which works give me a hand and point me in the direction of ones that work

Many thanks

Thanks for the reply renke, I'd seen the D-link mentioned as the one that works best but i just needed someone to confirm it for me, is it just a case of plug and play and works without hassle, can i ask what firmware you're using with it.

Thanks Ro

Yeah it's just a matter of plugging it in, I'm using the firmware form this post here Dune Smart D1.

I Also have a 4GB USB stick inside the D1 for system storage.

Yeah im using the same firmware may i bother you just a little bit further and ask you what version the Dlink is because i've been reading that there are two versions of that particular one a vB1 and vB2 according to the dune link above the B2 should be the one that works could you just verify that this is so, i know i must seem a bit anal about this but just want to make sure before i take the plunge ha :

If you consider buying a Belkin F5D8053 v6, then please think again!
Its chipset is listed on the HCL, but it isnt recognised by the Dune.
I also need a wifi dongle, but dont like D-Link (my personal opinion)

Is there anything smaller that works?

Like either of these maybe...?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...pf_rd_i=507846

The Smarts are already pretty long as it is, without another long stick pointing out the back of it.

It's not so much a concern for the units we have in the lounge and bedroom, but I've got small kids that I don't want pulling at anything on the Dune in their playroom.

If anyone knows whether the above examples would work -- or knows of the smallest verified wireless N adapter confirmed to work with the Smart models -- please let me know.

We only stream downloaded AVI's etc. via wireless. All high quality stuff is by disk, so we don't need something that will handle huge HD files.

Cheers.
