Hi,

When i play movie files from my canon eos 60d on my dune hd base3.0 there's no sound.
file format is "mov"
Is this normal???

Hi,
yes. quite normal. Like others mov is also only a container format which means it can contain different audio and video formats. You can check with the tool MediaInfo which video and audio format are contained in your file.

The Dune can play a lot of formats but unlike a PC not all of them.

Then i gone convert the mov files to avi H.264.
