To go seek the file in ftp /systempart/ChannelList.ch

Edit (for MAC X with HexEdit Fat) the chains Cablecom name by the system kiss more than 15 letter available (my tests)
Send the file in ftp on the kiss .
Switch off and on the kiss .
Eventuellement switch after passing to new the software Kiss 1.1.3
