Default Snazio Tera Nas solution...

Hi all,

We are happy to announce the Tera Nas solution from Snazio* is coming
soon to MPC for review. Expected details on delivery should arrive during
next week after which we can see what Snazio is able to deliver on Home
and Business Storage Solutions and at what price.

Main difference with the Buffalo TeraStation previously reviewed by MPC is
that it's build around 4 SATA drives instead of IDE, has Hot Spare, Folder
Quota managment and several other options like HTPP server and that it's
based on HW raid, not software.

The need of storage is growing day by day and as we all are Media Freaks,
such a device is a dream come through do it costs money, however,
considering the wide possibilities... it fits perfectly in every real Media Setup
where noisy computers need to be banned (living room).

- Wireless Operation (or wired Gigabit)
- Silent Operation
- Streaming Server without the need of PC
- Storage for High Volume (1TB and higher is no problem)
- Safe (Raid 5 "Hardware" config)
- Share Data, Printers and USB drives (2 ports) over your network

... and many more options.
Details are coming up soon in our review and we'll do a price comparrison
against Buffalo to check Price/Value of both the units. Soon on MPC.

If not, we can ship throughout Europe
Also take a look at Infrant ReadyNas, they seem to be the same models.

Buffalo TeraStation is a bit more beautiful but has less impressive specifications.
I think the price for the Buffalo will also be cheaper then Snazio or Infrant.
