Hi all,

since I modded from 500 to 508, it seems to me, the playing of the 3.11 movies terrible. Maybe so was before?

So impossible to watch these movies, the picture stands usually for secs.
Now I connected again the tv to the computer as it was to watch movies, but I think I bought the very expensive KISS to avoid this kind of problems.

Is there anything to do?

Lo Fuzzy,

One can re-encode movies that are troublesome...
Also, not all 3.11 movies play that bad thet they hang and are unwatchable... Depends on the file and codecs used (VBR etc...)

No standard guidelines for fixing this now, except re-encode.
We all hope for this ti be fixed in the next firmware.
