Hi !
I have searched the forum up and down and find several hints about getting to the hidden menu of a DP-558. I am not able to access it in my 1.1.4 DP-558...

My search result were:
Press Eject - Return - 2 - 7 - 6
and
Press Eject - Clear - 2 - 7 - 6

Does these buttons need to be pressed sequential or all together??
I have tried so many combinations and sequences but nothing happens. Only the displayed programs will change to 2, 7 or 6.

Sounds studid, especially while there are already that many hints available, but can someone tell what I am doing wrong?
Best would be a Step-by-Step instruction....

Hi!

You have the right key-combination in Eject-Return-2-7-6.

1: Press "eject", and wait for drive to be fully open.
2: Press "return".
3: Press "2".
4: Press "7".
5: Press "6".

That's it, this procedure should take you to the hidden menu!

I still find that whenever I have to resort to the "hidden menu" it still takes me about 10 attempte to get it right.... can be a RPITA!!

Problem is I am usually fuming and swearing at my KiSS box while doing this So I have to be a little more calm and zen like.. count to 10.... relax... all is calm... ZZZzzzzzzzzz
