hi, i have a conceptronic 8 ports switch 10/100M and the best transfer rate i have is 2M/s what can i do?
the ethernet cable is 25Meters.

Hi,

Due to internal IDE bus limitations on Kiss 588 you are geting the maximal FTP speed avaliable. Kiss LAN is published as 10/100, but data collecting from HD to LAN or oposite is limited by its IDE bus low speed caracteristic.

I spoke IDE bus (Internal board bus from HD flat cable to internal electronics), It isn't a HD problem, is an electronic problem (motherboard and IC's)

ooooh it´s allright, it`s a problem of the bus.
but when i put the kiss pc link to try to reproduce something from the pc it not works, because the speed...

No..

If you transfer from and to PC at 2M with FTP you have enought speed for Mp3, wma, DivX, XDiv, etc.. streaming.. (no cuts normally). You have another configuration problem. Check it again or try to get a better program than PCLink.. For instance EzLinkNG or FreeKiss. LOOK IN THE FORUM about information on that programs.
