I seem to be unable to login anymore on the kiss epg site ????? Does anyone else have this problem ...???
I dubbel checked my player id number and password ...
Also made new password and tried again but no go ......

Does anyone know what`s up ???

if you change password on the kiss, be sure to reboot and then try to login
(i think the password is only send on the first boot)

I have the same problem, - BUT only from one specific PC.

I can access the site from my laptop, another PC at home. (they are all on the same router) and from my PC at work.

I tried to disable the firewall, use firefox instead of explorer. -It still won't work.

My conclution - It's something with the XP installation.

I don`t get any error I just can`t login .... when I enter the player id and password and press enter nothing happens ??

Did anyone find a solution to that problem?
I found out a few days ago that my laptop can't login, too!
My other computer doesn't have this problem.
A few months ago i installed my laptop new because i had completely no access to that site (and a few other issues). I won't do that again.
When this happened my other computer had access.

KiSS reset my account ?!? And after that it seem to be working again ..... at least from my pc still won`t work from mobile phone ....

I read in the forum that this problem could be caused by the firewall.
So i tested this by deactivating the firewall on my notebook.
And it worked 8O !!
BUT does anyone know which service i have to open?

which firewall is in use?
perhaps there is a learning function?
try to deactivate all "forbidden" rules and try again...

I have tested it 1 minute ago: there is no https/ssl or anything like that, all connections of my browser are standard port 80

perhaps there are other filters activ? (content filter = inhaltsfilter?)
