Default Lack of FW's for the DP-1500, can i use the FW for DP-1504?
I flashed my DP-1500S to FW 2.8.3 with the macrovision and Tinystock-support (thank you Dracula).
I see a lot of updates for the 1504 but not for the 1500S.
Can i use the Firmwares for the 1504? Or is it better to wait for someone to make a new firmware for the 1500S?

Yes you can use it.
Only difference will be a HDD icon in your ethernet menu which you can't use.

Thank you, it works great! All we need now is someone who wants to sell modified IDE-cables for the DP-1500 I dont want to burn my hands on it. I got the firmware, got the harddisk, now waiting for the cables.
