My kiss dp 558 IS dead!
Today my kiss 558 just stoped working.
The display just went black...
Someone that had this problem?
Im going to send it to a repair shop in Holland in next week.

Hi Lovergren,
File RMA at KiSS / Cisco.
If all goes well, a Pcik up and return is started to replace / repair the unit.
Process should be completed within 7 to 14 days from the moment you
filed the RMA.
(In some cases longer, but lately things go rather well with RMA)

Ohh, thats sounds great. Hard making a living without a kiss player  Good also to hear that im not the onley one that hade problem.

This sounds NOT like the typical capacitor problem.
So it only can be repaired with experience in electronics and the needed tools and instruments.
You should not open the player if there is still warranty on it.
