Doesn't mean a lot to me, but it is about Cisco and it does mention Kiss

That IPTV is where most resources go to lately from the teams...
I don't think it's promising as long as bandwidth restrictions are not
removed...

My internet provider has complained to me about excessive use already, what am I supposed to do when when/if Kiss brings out IPTV ???

Yeah, that's really all you can do when the ISP is whining because you use what you have already paid for.
